The focus of this class will be opening to the bliss and joy of the heart.
Through Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Visualization, Acupuncture and Crystal Therapeutics we'll explore the energy of the heart chakra. We'll start by setting up our mats. Bring your favorite crystals and stones to surround your mat and make your own little mini altar, to yourself, your intention, and your practice during this class. We'll do a yoga practice based on the area of focus for each class. We'll also do guided breathwork and meditation.
For this first class, Acupoints be chosen to expand the heart and the qi that gathers in the chest. This way, we can truly tune in to the aspect of ourselves that allows for us to experience great bliss, joy, compassion, forgiveness, and true love.
Crystals are available to purchase for 20% off before the class starts.
Each session we'll explore a different theme and acupuncture points, yoga practices, breathwork, visualization, will all be aligned to experiencing that purpose.
Second Tuesday of the month unless noted with an asterix.
