There will be two tracks this year:
1. Kitchari Track: this is a monodiet and is a more rigorous commitment. Monodiet means you eat almost the same thing three times a day.
2. Open Track: this is a more versatile track for those who want more flexibility dietarily or simply want to focus on healthful habits and reset.

All meet-ups are both In Person AND Online through Zoom.
All meet-ups will be recorded in case you can't attend that day and time.
Your personal start/ed date for the cleanse is fairly flexible in case you get sick, have a wedding, etc.
