Vinyasa yoga is often described as a union of breath and movement that creates a progressive flow. In this class moving with your breath does not always equate to moving rapidly. This class will provide you with the opportunity to explore breath as you move through yoga asanas (postures) at a slower rate. Connecting breath to movement with intention and alignment awareness. This slower flow will allow you to dive deeper into breath and body sensation while helping to calm your nervous system. Jenn will guide you safely through the class flow that will help you to build strength and flexibility as you move mindfully and with attention.
At the end of this class you will leave feeling strong, balanced, grounded and blissfully relaxed.
