This is an all- levels class , appropriate for beginners to people who want to add depth to their asana practice by incorporating knowledge of the breath as the bridge between the body and mind. Meditation is a mix of styles, often guided, rarely difficult or boring, and also expansive yet anchoring. Energy Medicine and self-healing tools from the wisdom of the Eastern healing traditions are intertwined throughout the class.
