In this class Bridgette leads you on a journey that is expansive yet anchoring. Each class is unique as it is based off of the energy in the room that day. Bridgette has been practicing and teaching meditation since the mid nineties. She has developed her own style of class that integrates mindfulness, Shamatha, guided visualization, and distance healing. Every class incorporates expert meditation instruction, time in quiet session, and guided prompts to enable you to completely let go into ease with grace, supported by the spaciousness of your own being.
This class is 45 minutes to an hour. Please bring a mat and props as we will often transition from sitting to lying down.
