What constitutes a natural, healthy breath.
Learn from an anatomical, physiological, and osteopathic standpoint what healthful breathing
looks like. We will cover anatomy from the nose to the pelvic floor, the breathing wave, and
more. Practice will be to develop an unbiased awareness of your own breath.
November 21: 6:30-8pm
Diagnosing your breath according to the 5 element breathing cycle.
We will come to understand the five elements of Eastern medicine, that there is a breathing
cycle, and how the elements manifest in the breathing cycle. From there you can come to
diagnose imbalances in your own breathing cycle and learn how to transform them.
November 27th: 6:30-8pm
Controlling the breath for optimal well being.
Utilizing centuries old breath control practices we will super unblock the breath and learn lifelong
skills for improving respiratory and overall well being.
