Sound baths, or sound-based relaxation techniques, are popular for helping people reduce stress and anxiety, and to fall asleep. Over time, these therapies can also help you change your brainwaves—the patterns of electrical activity. This is why sound therapy has been used for years to help people improve their mental health, overcome insomnia and generally improve their quality of life.
This sound bath uses 9 crystal quartz singing bowls tuned to the notes of the chakra system. This class will help to balance your chakra system and bring your whole being into a deep relaxation and meditative state. Please bring your own pillow, blanket, yoga mats and eye pillow.

Prior to attending class please be well hydrated and have a small snack before attending. Meditation works best on a half-full stomach. Sound healing therapy has been known to lower blood pressure. If you have any pre-existing health issues, especially those that pertain to low blood pressure please be cleared by your medical provider before attending.
